how does a Website In a day work?
A design meeting is held in the week leading up to your design day to plan your new site and what is required.
By midday, the home page is sent to you to review. Once approved, the remaining pages are designed with quality testing completed.
You will receive an invite to a private messaging channel to receive live updates as the day progresses.
The day can also be used to refresh 2-3 pages of an existing ShowIt, or WordPress Elementor website.

No. A design meeting needs to be held before the design starts, but this can be in the week prior. The branding (optional), home page and website need to be approved before proceeding. Please aim to respond to these within 15 minutes so the day stays on track (any delay will lead to a delay in the completion of your website). For best results, please join my slack channel so I can provide live previews and ask any quick questions.

The website is designed in ShowIt which is a drag-and-drop visual website builder. As no coding is required, the build is considerably quicker. Basic SEO and good visual design principles are still an important part of the process.

Please collect any pictures, brand assets, and copywriting in a Google Drive or Dropbox. A guide walking will be provided to you. If there are any delays with collecting this, workarounds can be provided. A domain and ShowIt account is also required but can be organised for you.

The project is provided to you post-project with two weeks of remote support and access to my educational library. There is no complex back-end for ShowIt or plugins requiring updates. The customer support team can be accessed from within the ShowIt log in screen and they are fantastic. If additional support is required then a design hour or half day can be booked.

Educational resources are provided to help you make changes to the website post-project. Two weeks of support is also included. After this date, additional support can be arranged in a 1, 4 or 8 hour blocks. For any technical issues, the ShowIt support team are fantastic and can be contacted via the chat box built into your admin screen.
